Winners for "Seeing Spots"

Thank you to everyone who joined us for last week's challenge!  I will admit it, that sketch was a toughie!  But our participants rose to the occasion and The Clean Team has chosen  Princesses for you this week and I have chosen the Queen!
The "Perfect Princesses" this week are:

Rita's Choice
Jenn at Seeing Spots

It seriously doesn't get any cuter than this!   I love Fox & Friends and this card just takes it to a whole new level.  Each little critter is totally adorable and looks amazing cut out and popped up.   I love the soft colors and the dotted background paper.  The simple button with its twine bow adds a nice accent while still letting the animals be the feature of the card.   Too cute and such a perfect clean card.   Congratulations, Jenn, on being my Perfect Princess for the week!

Linda's Choice
Pamela Williams at Playing With Paper!
IMG_0354
Pamela took Lesley's circle sketch this week and kept that circle theme going!  Her background embossing, stamping and punching just made everything go 'round perfectly!    The changing colors and pops of bling add interest and detail to the design!  The colors are carried through the frame of the sentiment  - the angles catch your eye and are a perfect contrast to the circles. Beautifully done! Congratulations Pamela on being my choice for Perfect Princess this week!

Jennifer's Choice
Stephanie of I'd Rather Be Stampin'
I just love butterflies!  Love them!  I guess that is why I kept getting drawn back to this fabulous card by Stephanie.  The little DSP fellows with their cute antennae and bling sitting on their fence.  How clever and what a great use of this fun sketch!  This card just made me happy.  Congratulations, Stephanie, on being my choice for Perfect Princess this week!

Tui's Choice
Oh my goodness, I fell head over heels for this fantastic Lorax character, and her creative scenery.  Tara’s creativity and ingenuity with this card is brilliant – a few punches, white satin ribbon, black marker, white gel pen and you have one stunning, picture perfect creation.  Need to know the deets?  Check out her blog and be “wow”ed!!!  Congratulations Tara on being my choice for Perfect Princess this week!

Narelle's Choice
Maggie of MaggieMadeCards
This week I've chosen Maggie's card because I love the bold red she's used and also because of the story it tells. Maggie made this card as a congratulations card for a friend who has made a railroad promotion to Captain.  How clever is she to make the train track and incorporate the little conductor-like guy singing out the congratulations sentiment? Love it! Congratulations Maggie on being my choice for Perfect Princess this week!

Allisa's Choice
I love Jen's take on the sketch.  The embossed background and her bright circles make for a cheery birthday card.  The stars with the brad centers really make the card. Congratulations, Jen, for being my pick for Perfect Princess this week!

Jen's Choice
Sandy at Lonely Cards
I just love how Sandy’s card tells a romantic story!  First she’s got the innocent little owl with a flower in her hair.  Then she’s got the handsome suitor checking her out!  And finally she’s got another owl who’s so befuddled by the little owl’s beauty that he’s upside down!  Sandy’s take on the sketch is so creative and the owls really seem to be telling a story with their eyes, so I couldn’t help but fall in love with it.  Congratulations Sandy on being my choice for Perfect Princess this week!

Cindy's Choice
Marie O. of Ink'd Wings
This week was filled with fierce competition, and I had a really difficult time picking between my three favorites.  I chose Marie O.'s card because of the extreme clean and fresh appearance.  The white on white with crisp texturing, and the rainbow of yellows, oranges and reds, and those super fresh flowers makes this card a Clean and Simple dream.  Congratulations, Marie!  You're my choice for Perfect Princess this week!

And Our Queen of Clean this week:

Lesley's Choice
Valliam Of Nifty Crafty

I just love what Valliam did with my sketch this week! Her unique and creative card is adorable! Love the sweet clouds and the happy colours she used.  She looked past the circles and showed a cool way to represent the sketch! I never even considered doing something like this and it just goes to show how amazing papercrafters are when they look at a sketch and see something so wonderfully creative in their minds!  Congratulations Valliam for being my choice for the Queen of Clean this week at Freshly Made Sketches!

Come back and join us tomorrow for another sketch designed by me!  This one is much easier...I promise!!!  The design team has created some amazing artwork for you to see!  Have I mentioned how much I love working with these ladies!

Winners for Jen's Sketch Challenge

Thank you to everyone who joined us for last week's challenge!  The Clean Team has chosen the Princesses for you this week and Jen has chosen her Queen!
The "Perfect Princesses" this week are:

Rita's Choice
Jodene at Inspire.Create.Share
Isn't this just the sweetest card?  It has so many fantastic elements that I can't figure out what I love the most!   From the stitching to the paper pieced cupcake to the perfect bow, I adore it all.  The sweet little mouse is colored so perfectly too!   Such a fantastic card and one anyone would be over the moon to receive!  Congratulations, Jodene, on being my choice for Perfect Princess this week!

Linda's Choice
Judy May at Just Judy Designs
Freshly_Made_26
Judy’s fresh colors and clean white ribbon caught my eye first on this sweet Easter card.  The image is beautifully colored and perfectly framed in white and coral.  Judy managed to combine texture, prints and colors into one adorable card!  The only thing sweeter than this bunny would be a chocolate one :) Congratulations Judy on being my choice for Perfect Princess this week!

Jennifer's Choice
What can I say, I think I must have a full case of Spring Fever!  I simply fell in love with the beautiful flowers on Margaret's card.  The pretty blue background with the pop of peach in the dsp makes for such a spring feel.  Then there are those flowers!  Gorgeous!  The little pearls in the corner are a wonderful finish.  Congratulations, Margaret, on being my choice for Perfect Princess this week!

Tui's Choice
Mona of Cupcake's Creations
It was the beautiful bright and happy colour combination that attracted me to Mona’s card this week, I just love the vibrancy!  Adding to that, the pretty lacy border edging, the zig zag stitching and the simple button and twine treatment and you have one clean stylish creation!  And, furthermore, I really love the celtic style font of the sentiment, it ties in with the theme of this card perfectly!
Congratulations Mona on being my choice for Perfect Princess this week!

Narelle's Choice
Hannelie of Desert Diva
There were some amazing cards in the gallery to choose from again this week.  I've chosen Hannelie's card because as soon as I saw it - I fell in love with the single silhouette stamped on that gorgeous DSP.  It was very creative to thread the black ribbon through the lace and I love the neutral colours she's used - a truly stunning card.  Congratulations Hannelie on being my choice for Perfect Princess this week.

Allisa's Choice
Barb of Paper Therapy Ponderings
I love the bright color scheme of Barb's card.  It is so eye catching.  The scalloped trim and embossed panels really add to the card.  The bow is the finishing touch! Congratulations Barb for being my choice for the Perfect Princess this week!

Lesley's Choice
Tara Bourgoin

What can I say?! I love the "Elements of Style" Stamp set and Tara has used it beautifully this week! The fun, pretty colours really look amazing and that frame she created for the hummingbird is just so cool. I also love the Baker's Twine and the button accent, so pretty!! Congratulations Tara on being my choice for Perfect Princess this week.

Cindy's Choice
Karren J of Stampin and Stuff
Wow!  What a gorgeous flower.  I was immediately attracted to Karren's card because of the color combination.  The yellow, white and blue is so clean and fresh.  Karren's choice of DSP, border tools, and that strinking flower won my vote!  Congratulations, Karren!  You're my choice for Perfect Princess this week!

And Our Queen of Clean this week:

Jen's Choice
Crealotte at My Creative Space
It was another great week for the Freshly Made Sketches gallery!  It's so hard to pick a favorite, but this week I chose this cutie from Crealotte.  I did a double-take when I first saw the thumbnail in our gallery. Could that be…Yep, it was Elmer Fudd in a starring role on a birthday card!  I don’t want to date myself, but I grew up watching Looney Tunes on Saturday mornings so it was quite a treat to see this hapless hunter wearing his beautifully paper-pieced hunting gear.  He’s never looked so stylish!  Congratulations Crealotte for creating this fun card and being my choice for Queen of Clean this week!

Come back and join us tomorrow for another sketch designed by Lesley.

Thanks for stopping by,

Winners for Linda's Sketch #25

Thank you to everyone who joined us for last week's challenge!  The Clean Team has chosen the Princesses for you this week and Linda has chosen her Queen!
The "Perfect Princesses" this week are:

Rita's Choice
Jen at The Tiny Blue Butterfly
With so many wonderful choices this week, it was tough to pick just one favorite!  I love Jen's sweet card though and just had to go with it as my choice.  I love the colors, the designer papers, and that adorable image.   Her coloring is amazing; the red mushroom is so eye-catching!  I love the baker's twice, the little tag, and the fun stitching.  It all works so perfectly together.  Congratulations Jen on being my choice for Perfect Princess this week!

Jen's Choice
Liliana at Stampin' From Home
Liliana’s fresh colors and clean design are right up my alley!  The pretty DSP and texture from the embossed layer create a lovely background to show off that vase of button flowers.  A wonderful Crumb Cake bow tied with the luscious seam binding ribbon completes this gorgeous picture. Congratulations Liliana on being my choice for Perfect Princess this week!

Jennifer's Choice
I always find it so inspiring to see how different crafters interpret a sketch.  This week's variety was so impressive.  Sue's ultra-feminine card just kept me coming back.  Her beautiful shading in the watercoloring is the perfect focal point.  The doilies in the background add another lovely touch with their lace feel.  Congratulations, Sue, on being my choice for Perfect Princess this week!

Tui's Choice
Erna of Elog Cards
This elegant card of Erna’s captured my attention as soon as I set eyes upon this little beauty.  The clean, classic styling and soothing colour scheme so versatile in design would suit any occasion or event.  The simple striped panel and the eye catching embossed frame with the beautifully coloured butterflies are so elegant and perfectly placed.  And finally, the pearl trio and simple sentiment for that perfect finishing touch!  Congratulations Erna on being my choice for Perfect Princess this week!

Narelle's Choice
Jen of Jen's Craft Corner

This decision was really hard for me as there were so many amazing cards to choose from.  I've chosen Jen's gorgeous card as I fell in love the simplistic elegance of her card.  You can't go wrong when you use black and white and her use of the houndstooth DSP and that flourish caught my eye. Congratulations Jen on being my choice for Perfect Princess this week.

Allisa's Choice
There were so many great cards this week, it was hard to pick just one!  It was love at first sight with Julie's card!  The bow is amazing and I love the rolled flowers and the little bit of pearl bling throughout the card. Congratulations Julie for being my choice for the Perfect Princess this week!

Lesley's Choice
Michelle of My Passion for Crafting

As soon as I saw Michelle's pretty card this week, I loved it! The bold graphic designer paper in the background, mixed with the soft and subtly stamped image of the script and bird in the foreground, just made this card so unique and special for me.  The pretty lace border in purple and the simple sentiment are lovely touches too! Congratulations Michelle on being my choice for Perfect Princess this week.

Cindy's Choice
Betty Benton of BeeBee Stamps!
Betty's use of these colors are what made me keep going back to her creation.  I think we're all ready for signs of Spring, and this card feels like a fresh spring breeze.  The clear lines of the matting really show off the lines of the sketch, and the light and airy ribbon is the perfect compliment to this crisp and clean card.  Congratulations, Betty!  You're my choice for Perfect Princess this week!

And Our Queen of Clean this week:

Linda's Choice
Theresa at My Sassy Cards

Believe-In-You
What another fabulous week of entries!  Thanks so much to all of you who shared your beautiful creations with us!  I had a wonderful time looking at all of them.  I chose Theresa's card as my pick this week.  It's clean, bright and "oh so perfect" for the occasion.  (Check out her blog!)  The background papers carry out the teacher theme and beautifully frame the brightly colored schoolhouse.  The sweet two-toned ribbon is a wonderful accent.  Congratulations, Theresa, on being the Queen of Clean this week!

Come back and join us tomorrow for another sketch designed by the "oh so talented"  Jen Mitchell!
